Fredrik Heintz AB is my consulting company. It exists so that organisations can draw on research-grade AI expertise directly, in the forms that are usually most useful: a talk that shifts how a leadership team thinks, an honest read on a strategy, or an independent investigation of a question that matters.
What I do
Keynotes and lectures. Trustworthy AI, autonomous systems, AI policy and regulation, and what AI actually means for an organisation’s people and skills. Pitched to the audience — board, engineering team, public sector, or general public.
Strategic advice. Where AI can and cannot help, what the EU AI Act requires in practice, how to build internal capability, and how to tell a real opportunity from a well-marketed one.
Investigations and expert assignments. Independent analysis, technology assessment, and written reports on specific questions.
Why work with me
I direct national research centres on trustworthy and cyber-resilient AI, coordinate European AI projects, and sit on the EU AI Act Scientific Panel and the Swedish AI Commission. That means advice grounded in what the research actually shows and in how the regulation is really being written — not in vendor claims.
